Open Access Policy

Breakthrough: A Multidisciplinary Journal follows a hybrid publishing model, offering authors the flexibility to choose between Open Access (OA) and Subscription-based publication.

Open Access Option

We support the global movement for unrestricted access to scholarly knowledge. Authors choosing the Open Access option benefit from wide visibility, higher citation potential, and accessibility for readers worldwide—without any paywalls.

Key Features of Our Open Access Policy:

Immediate Access:
Open Access articles are available online immediately after publication.

Global Discoverability:
Articles are indexed in multiple academic databases and discoverable via Google Scholar and CrossRef.

DOI Assignment:
Each Open Access article is assigned a permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

Licensing:
Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY) or as per author preference.

Author Copyright:
Authors retain copyright of their work.

Article Processing Charge (APC):
A nominal fee may be applicable for Open Access publication to cover editorial and technical expenses.

Authors who do not opt for Open Access may publish under the traditional subscription-based model, where articles remain accessible to subscribers or available upon request.

Our Commitment

We believe in democratizing academic content. By offering Open Access, Breakthrough empowers researchers from all regions to access and contribute to cutting-edge knowledge without financial or institutional barriers.
